We have 2 version of our soccer shirt, one is Fans Version another is Player Version.
It is Normal size , Most of the team logo of the shirt is embroidery.
Noted: Deviation 2-4cm
Player Version
It is slim cut , tighter & samller than Fans Version, some team logo and patch is printed, what's more,
normally it will with 2 line holes on both side .

2. What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. We can reship new correct jersey for free.

Please choose the sizes what you want , if need customzie the name and number , please tick on front of the box and write the name and number what you want. choose any what you want to add ， such as shorts, socks or patch.

（2）Kids/Youth's Size: 16/18/20/22/24/26/28 Baby size only have 9/12 (size 9 for six month to 1years old)

7. How Can I Return A Faulty Item?
Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. please contact us to comfirm when you received the which items incorrect or damage within 2 days, we will try our best to find a good solution.
A resend or Refund will be given after the item is return back to us. Not acceptable to refund or compersation after the items was washed !
8. Why my credit card payment was failed ?
Incorrect Card Information:
1.Make sure you use a JCB, Master or Visa Credit Card.
2.Make sure you enter a right credit card number, Shipping address should same as billing address .
The bank refused / Transaction declined by the bank. /Declined by issueing bank:
Please called your bank and asked them about that . Cause as we known , some bank might refuse to transfer payment to China Bank Account .
Not sufficient funds : Please made sure your account have enough money for the order.
Your bank might charge you Internaitonal exchange rate, so please made sure your account have more money than your order total .
Note: Please try several times,sometimes it will work after several try.
9.How to your maintain your jersey？
1. Many details of the jersey and shorts are printed by heat transfer printing and we suggest you wash the jersey and shorts by hand,
because machine wash could damage the details. If you insist on machine wash, please turn the jersey inside out first.
2. Please do not wash the printed or stamped area too hard, and avoid exposing the jersey and shorts in the sun for a long time.
Besides, please hang up the jersey when you don't wear it.
3. If the letter/number falls off, please put the jersey flat and cover the letter/number with a clean & non-stick paper,
and iron it with 150 °C (302 °F) for 7-8 seconds. If it doesn't work, please iron again.
Attention: Please do not iron the printed area directly
